The Belmont Residence is an ongoing project, Belmont Cottage was completed in 2017, the existing home was refurbished and raised then a new design was introduced on the lower level. In addition, the concept for the main home is also well underway for completion. Working closely with our client to produce a home that resonates with their values and lifestyle needs, Belmont Residence is modern and sophisticated building over multiple split levels to work in harmony with the natural decline of the properties topography.
